We offer three accommodation options to suit your needs. The Barn, a spacious building that can sleep up to 18 people, provides a perfect setting for larger groups. For smaller groups, our barn seamlessly splits into two equally spacious accommodations known as The Recording Studios and The Stables, sleeping 12 and 6 respectively.

We had a wonderful stay at The Stables. The house was decorated beautifully, well equipped, and was located a half an hour or so walk (pushing a buggy) from the main part of Salcombe. Quite steep on the way back but still manageable. Freya was excellent with communication and accommodating our needs, and left some great tips for restaurants. We loved The Beachhouse and Oyster shack!

First impressions were WOW. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Loved the furniture especially the bedrooms where we found the beds really comfortable and the bedding was outstanding. Loved the little touches all around the cottage and outside too. The ponies were super cute and the chickens.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Recording Studios at Horsecombe Farm! As a big group of friends the facilities were perfect and we particularly enjoyed the living areas and hot tub. There was so much information available to us when we arrived about local restaurants, activities and walks, and we absolutely did not want to leave! Thank you again for an amazing stay.

We had a thoroughly wonderful holiday staying at the Recording Studios at Salcombe in Devon. The accommodation was very spacious and very suitable for a large party. Everything that we needed was provided and the hosts were very helpful . The directions to the property and information re: local shops and restaurants was very useful. All in all a perfect holiday and we had the bonus of wonderful weather.

Freya and Felicity were perfect hosts from the moment we arrived. The Recording Studio is even better than the photos, incredibly high quality and beautifully set out down to the smallest touches making it seem a home from home. Perfect location for getting into Salcombe but within a very peaceful setting just far enough away from the main town to enjoy the views across the fields in the mornings and evenings. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

All of this, accompanied by the breathtaking backdrop of the Salcombe Estuary, one of the most awe-inspiring destinations in Devon.
