An on the day wedding co-ordinator until 3pm
PARKING ON SITE
A small marquee will be available if required to provide undercover dining should you have guests staying for the wedding lunch
THE WEDDING
The Costs
For the couple
The price for the couple for 2024 is:
June, July, August and September dates: £3,750 plus VAT (£4,500 incl. VAT)
October, November and December dates: £3,250 plus VAT (£3,900 incl. VAT)
The price includes 2 nights accommodation for the couple in The Treehouse, the wedding ceremony, an hour’s photography (about 250 photos capturing all the best moments), a locally sourced bridal bouquet and buttonhole, a drinks reception with champagne and canapés, a 3 course wedding breakfast, an evening charcuterie board and a wedding cake.
For the guests
For every adult guest you add, the cost is £220 (including VAT) for champagne and canapés, 3 course wedding breakfast, evening charcuterie board & wedding cake.
If you would like guests for the ceremony and champagne & canapés only but not the rest of the day, the charge is £44 per person (incl. VAT)
Please let us know child numbers together with their age and the level of their participation and we will let you know the relevant price per child.
We may have overnight accommodation availability for your guests in one of our self-catering holiday lets. Please enquire with guest numbers and the dates for which accommodation is required. We will be happy to suggest alternative self-catering accommodation if ours is not available.
THE WEDDING
The Registrar
The price doesn’t include the Registrar’s fees which you have to pay on top directly to the Registrars.
You’ll need to book the Registrar for your wedding ceremony, we can’t do that for you. You can reserve a date over the phone or online with the local Registrar, the fee is currently around £50 which guarantees your date. The couple also need to go along to their local Registrars office in person together to provide proof of residence and ID. That can be done at any time in the 11 months before your wedding date and MUST be done at least 28 days before your wedding date.
Don’t ring the Registrar to book your date til you’ve checked with us that we’ve got the date available.

And if you continue your walk for another 10 minutes, you’ll reach the heart of the town, where you’ll discover a delightful assortment of shops, restaurants, cafés, and pubs. All of this, accompanied by the breathtaking backdrop of the Salcombe Estuary, one of the most awe-inspiring destinations in Devon.
